About the S.S. Adams Company

Since 1906, S.S. Adams Co. has grown from a small one-product company (formerly the "Cachoo Sneezing Powder Company") to the world's largest manufacturer of Pranks and Magic Tricks. Numerous articles have been written about the company, and below are three which best summarize our story.

"From Gags to Riches"
By Joel Sayre, this article originally appeared in Scribner's Magazine in March 1941 and was later republished in Reader's Digest..

"The Jumping Snakes of S.S. Adams"
By Maurice Zolotow, originally appeared in the Saturday Evening Post, June 1, 1946.

"Where Every Day Is April Fools' Day"
By George M. Point, from 1991, as published in "Yesterday and Today in New Jersey".
